Customers may opt for self collection at our warehouse in Cheras after 7th day of your order placement. Our admin will be contacting you once your order is ready for collection.
Exchange Policy:
- Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by Belle Babies Design.
- Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping Cost is to be borne by Customers.
