How much is the deposit/booking of BBD custom made slot? - deposit stated as per website
One custom slot is for a deposit of 1 (one) garment. Should you need more than 1 garment / slot, please add into your shopping cart for the additional quantity.
Example: 1 garment = deposit RM150, 2 garments = deposit RM300.
The FULL/FINAL price of garment(s) will be quoted to you once material sourcing and production are performed. Prior to that, we could only quote you on price range. BBD will usually work within price range quoted or for any agreed budget given by customers.
Can I book slots for moms / adult?
As for now, slots are available for your child/teenagers only. Adult slots will be opened once available.
When do I pay for the balance?
Balance of payment is paid when the garment is ready. Balance of payment must be made ONLINE through payment link (our admin team will send this link to you when collection is ready). Should your garment is priced less than your deposit (<RM150), we will refund the excess to you.
Can I request of slot cancelation?
Deposit is non-refundable should you opt for slot cancellation.
How & when do I discuss designs/ colors / theme / measurements once I have placed slots?
Our design team will attend & produce those with finalized designs on first come, first served basis. Therefore, the earlier you finalize, the earlier your queue/waiting slot is. Reach out to us at 0123289200 to discuss and finalize your designs, size, colours, materials / size charts / measurements / price range.
Once design/color is confirmed or finalized, you are UNABLE to change, unless fabric and material sourcing have not taken place upon any changes made.
Our measurements are standard, based to your child’s age (and most of the time, they are true to size). Refer to our measurements as attached image above. Any changes on measurements, reach our admin for changes soon BEFORE tailoring takes place.
You are also welcomed to visit BBD's work studio to have a tailored measurement. BBD's work studio (by appointment only - Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm). Kindly reach our team to make appointments.
Do you accept customer’s own fabrics/materials?
Yes, we do. On usual circumstances, we provide materials, designs up to workmanship. However, we do accept customer's own materials as well, and prices would only be charged for workmanship & design work.
Where can I send my materials / pay a visit?
You may send us your fabrics/ materials (by postage or by hand to our studio in Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras Kuala Lumpur. Please reach our admin at 012-3289200 for the full address and arrangement.
What if materials / colors requested are not as per my requirement?
Our fabrics / materials are subject to availability at the point of order. We could customize according to customer's Raya theme/color. If non-available, we would opt for the closest of the requested color. We would inform this to customers, upfront too.
What if my details registered is wrong or invalid upon slot purchase?
Please ensure your registered email address (upon checkout) is CORRECT and still valid so our team could reach you. If at any event the details are invalid, we suggest you to reach our admin ASAP, we could modify the details for you manually.
Kindly allow time for our admin team to revert to your enquiries too as we receive quite long list of customers' enquiries on peak seasons.
When will I be expecting my orders to be couriered/ complete for self-pick up?
ALL customized garments are to be ready latest between 7-10 days before Event date.
How long can I keep the garments in BBD store once completed?
BBD could only hold your garments for a maximum of 1 month after completion. After 1 month and no signs of collection, we wourld have to put them up for sale, deposit is non- refundable.
