- When item is ready, Customers may also opt for self collection at our warehouse in Cheras, Amber Business Plaza. For Self pick up, Select option "self pick up" when placing your orders on BBD website (**you must ensure your shipping address is within Klang Valley for this purpose). Reach our admin for the arrangement at 0123289200 at least 1 day before collection of item.
- Lalamove / Grab is available upon customer's request. For this e-hailing request, do opt for "self pick up" option when you place your orders on BBD website. Upon lalamove request, kindly reach our admin for the arrangement at 0123289200.
Exchange Policy:
- Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by BBD.
- Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping cost is to be borne by Customers.
