Washing Instruction:
- Handwash only (cold water) and air dry flat
- Strictly no machine wash & dryer.
- Avoid twisting fabric when wet
- Medium-Low iron heat
Others:
- It is best for mothers to ensure the right measurement for best fit for you and daughters as exchange of size may be difficult during peak season.
- Nature of fabric: Cooling and medium weight
- Crafted from rayon, this piece may experience up to 1” shrinkage after first/second wash (mainly on the length) — a natural characteristic of the fabric. However, the production team has allocated 1” extra in its length measurements for this expectation.

- Slight difference of color tone may occur for any restocked batches (if any)
- Allowance of 1-2” difference from above measurements due to bulk tailoring and nature of fabric
- Always refer to PRODUCT photo for the closest/ actual color as they are less exposed to studio lighting
- If you child is above average/tall, you are advised to take 1 size up from their current age

Fulfilment and Delivery:
Expected time to fulfil orders: 2-3 working days for ready stock items or after the mentioned delivery date
Customers may opt for self-collection at our warehouse in Cheras, Amber Business Plaza. Select option "self-pick up" when placing your orders online (ensure your shipping address is within Klang Valley for this purpose). Reach our admin at least 1 day before collection of item (i.e. Only when your item is ready)
Lalamove / Grab is available upon customer's request. Kindly opt for "self- pick up" option when you place your orders online. Fee is to be paid by customer according to the delivery rate
Exchange Policy:
Any returned item made by customer is allowed but should be based on the following valid reasons:
- Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by Belle Babies Design.
- Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping Cost is to be borne by Customers.
- Kindly email us with your order number to start the exchange process.
