Design description:

AS-IS Minor defect stocks to be loved and own.Our QC team have noticed some of the production of stocks were not up to our quality standards.We have put them aside,to still be loved and own at a marked down price!

The usual (minor) defects are acceptable,and they are as below (either/or /both):

1) Slight dirt / small marks on fabric (acceptable view)

2) Sewing/ workmanship standard

3) Fabric thread (minimal thread tension/loose, fabric standards)

Washing Instruction:

• Dry clean only
• Avoid machine wash & dryer

Others:

• It is best for mothers to ensure the right measurement for best fit your daughters as exchange of size may be difficult during peak season.
• Pre-order sizes / colors are non-exchangeable at peak season as the size/color are catered/ made specifically to your orders made.

• Product pictures (color tone) may be slightly different due to studio lighting/ screen resolution
• Slight difference of color tone may occur for any restocked batches (if any)
• Allowance of 0.5” to 1” difference from above measurements due to bulk tailoring
• Always refer to PRODUCT photo for the closest/ actual color as they are less exposed to studio lighting
• If you child is above average, you are advised to take 1 - 2 sizes up from their current age

Customers may opt for self-collection at our warehouse in Cheras, Amber Business Plaza. Select option "self-pick up" when placing your orders online (ensure your shipping address is within Klang Valley for this purpose). Reach our admin at least 1 day before collection of item (i.e. Only when your item is ready)

Lalamove / Grab is available upon customer's request. Kindly opt for "self- pick up" option when you place your orders online. Fee is to be paid by customer according to the delivery rate

Exchange Policy:

Any returned item made by customer is allowed but should be based on the following valid reasons:

• Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by Belle Babies Design.
• Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping Cost is to be borne by Customers.
• Kindly email us with your order number to start the exchange process.
