Customers may opt for self collection at our warehouse in Cheras, Amber Business Plaza. Select option "self pick up" when placing your orders online (ensure your shipping address is within Klang Valley for this purpose). Reach our admin at least 1 day before collection of item (i.e. Only when your item is ready)
Lalamove / Grab is available upon customer's request. Kindly opt for "self pick up" option when you place your orders online. Fee is paid by customer according to the delivery rate
Exchange Policy:
Any returned item made by customer is allowed but should be based on the following valid reasons:
- Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by BBD.
- Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping Cost is to be borne by Customers.
- Kindly email us with your order number to start the exchange process.
