*Balance Payment Pre-order BBD EID 2026:BBD Long Kurung Songket Balance of payment to be made in full within 7 days of email notification or/and via WhatsApp to customers . BBD admin will email you to notify the balance of payment. Failure to make balance of payment within the specified time may lead to order cancellation / deposit non returnable.

Size 3y- 6 years old: RM190

Size 7y-10 years old: RM199

Size 11y-14 years old: RM219

Pre-order placed is not refundable/to be cancelled.

How do I pay the balance of payment?

• Our admin will be contacting you for the balance of payment through your contact and email details provided during your web purchase.
• Amount / balance payment as below (example):

          Size 3y- 6 years old: RM190 - RM120 (deposit) = RM70

          Size 7y-10 years old: RM199 - RM120 (deposit) = RM79

          Size 11y-14 years old: RM219 - RM120 (deposit) = RM99

Deposit: RM120 each slot/ each garment

1. Pre-order outfit/ accessories are non exchangeable / returnable due to the pre-booked allocation.
   
2. Administrative purpose

Fulfillment and Delivery:

• Expected time of delivery/ fulfillment of this item is by/from 15-25th January 2026 (in batches)

• Customers may opt for self collection at our warehouse in Cheras, Amber Business Plaza. Select option "self pick up" when placing your orders online (ensure your shipping address is within Klang Valley for this purpose). Reach our admin at least 1-2 days before collection of item. 
• Lalamove / Grab is available upon customer's request.  Kindly opt for "self pick up" option when you place your orders online. 

Exchange Policy:

• Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by Belle Babies Design.
• Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping Cost is to be borne by Customers.
• Kindly email us with your order number to start the exchange process.
