Select option "self-pick up" when placing your orders online (ensure your shipping address is within Klang Valley for this purpose). Reach our admin at least 1 day before collection of item (i.e. Only when your item is ready)

Lalamove / Grab is available upon customer's request. Kindly opt for "self- pick up" option when you place your orders online. Fee is to be paid by customer according to the delivery rate

Exchange Policy:

Any returned item made by customer is allowed but should be based on the following valid reasons:

Purchased item is not in good condition (example: torn, missing buttons, zipper). We will replace with new item (if available) or provide a full refund should a new item is not available. Shipping cost is borne by Belle Babies Design.
Change of size is allowed ONLY IF THERE IS AVAILABLE SIZE to be exchanged. Any returned/exchanged items are to be made within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ONLY. Shipping Cost is to be borne by Customers.
